Issues What Bank & Corporate world get with the dedicated network for INTERNET CONNECTION?

Issues are mentioned below

1. The Internet is not working 
2. Ip address is not working anymore 
3. No work going to happen 

Those are the common issue that bank employee gets in there day to day life & the solution is one of the IT people in their branch.

These three problems have some common solutions 

First of all, we need to find the LAN cable that should be attached properly over there in LAN Port.

 if there is no issue found with the LAN cable just check the IP address of that machine from CMD 

Just type the given command :

              C:\Users\Ashitosh Ghate>ipconfig                                                                       

It will look like this (some changes as per your configuration are expected) :

Now let's try to ping this IP address from another computer that is in the same network.

If you want to ping any machine use command like this 

C:\Users\Ashitosh Ghate>ping 192.168.212.224

You will see this kind of screen in CMD

 

Now let's turn towards the actual problem comes from where In the control panel 

Now Open The Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network and Sharing Center

from here you can find where the internet is connected to your desktop or laptop it looks like this 

on this page click on Change adaptor setting which is in a left upper corner 

every Desktop/Laptop has one single Ethernet port time in the banking machine there is 2 option showing for ethernet but they are virtual port of VPN not exactly with the hardware part so no need to check it. "If you find more than one ethernet port over the screen below check the IP address of that other port where the machine is connected  if we give 2 different or the same IP to any Desktop or Laptop it will create an error "

Now Go through the property of Ethernet  Adaptor settings looks like the

Change the IP from Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPV4) if required the problem with the IP address or with the Internet occurs in the bank only and only when there is some change or issue that exists in the IP address.

Those are some common issues and solutions for Internet-related issues in the Banking sector or any Corporate sector where dedicated networks exist.
